Hit send with a professional newsletter writer

How many times have you clicked delete on an e-newsletter before you’ve even opened it?

There’s no judgement here. We’ve all done it. For some reason, you can never get round to unsubscribing from that new clothes brand that keeps popping up in your inbox – and you only signed up for the 10% off.

Let me tell you what that brand probably doesn’t have. A newsletter writer.

And that’s where your business or organisation can get one step ahead, by working with a dedicated wordsmith to craft compelling content you can’t look away from.

A dedicated who now?

A master of words. Someone who’ll keep your audiences hooked from start to finish. Subscribers will actually look forward to opening your newsletters.

I love receiving emails like that. The sort where I’m checking my inbox to see if this week’s edition has dropped.

Sometimes it’s because they’re sharing useful information I don’t want to miss. Sometimes, it’s simply because I enjoy reading them. I can pour myself a cup of tea, grab a biscuit, and take five to see what’s going on.

These are the newsletters we should be aiming for, because it means subscribers are engaged, they’re actively reading your content, and your organisation is staying at the front of their minds.

And, as an experienced writer, that’s where I can help you.

So, what can a newsletter do?

There are lots of different types of newsletters – some are more salesy, some are about polishing your brand image.

Here’s a little inspiration:

  • Chatty, brand-building newsletters. Here, you might simply share thoughts and advice, inviting subscribers to be part of your circle.

  • Email-marketing newsletters. This is where you have something specific to promote, whether it’s an event, a product, or a campaign.

  • Actual-news newsletters! A round up of what you’ve been doing as an organisation – another great brand-building exercise.

  • Useful-information newsletters. Industry round ups and links to your favourite things happening elsewhere. It positions you as a mover and a shaker.

  • One-off-news newsletters. You have something important to tell your audience, and you need a little help finding the right words to do it.

Ready to start connecting with your audience, making your brand image sparkle, and converting subscribers into customers, visitors, or supporters?

It’s what I’m here for.
